If, for any reason, you’re not completely happy with your order, we’re here to help with an easy and transparent return process.

Eligibility for Returns

You can request a return if:

  • The item received is damaged, expired, or incorrect.

  • You raise a return request within 3 days of receiving the order.

  • The product is unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging.

How to Initiate a Return

    Share your Order ID and photos of the product (if damaged or incorrect).

  3. Verification & Pickup:
    Once verified, our team will arrange a pickup within 2–3 working days (if applicable).

Refund Policy

After receiving and inspecting the returned product, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved:

  • Refunds will be processed within 7 business days.

  • The amount will be credited to your original payment method (UPI, card, or bank transfer).

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Fresh fruits, vegetables, and dairy (unless spoiled or damaged)

  • Opened or used products

  • Items bought under sale or promotional offers
